A Leadership and Team Building Facilitator, Instructor, Blogger, Speaker, and award winning Engineering manager with 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Robert Ferguson founded and leads The Focused Manager, a Consulting Group dedicated to ‘helping leaders fulfill their purpose’.

Robert has fostered a passion for leadership and team-building for more than a decade while developing his team into a high performing Aircraft Engineering unit. He now shares what he has learned by facilitating team building sessions for numerous and diverse teams within the government, industry and non-profit organizations.  Robert is the creator and prime instructor of a national front-line leaders course for managers of technical teams within the federal government. He is also a certified DiSC © and Insights © facilitator.
