Robert  has developed an expertise in facilitation of Work Groups and work related assessments, such as Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, and Organizational Change efforts. This type of facilitation includes Goal Setting, creating and executing Terms of Reference, Team Formation and Team Building, Process Definition and accomplishment of work group objectives.
